Commercial warranty

If a specific product is supplied with a manufacturer’s or commercial warranty, the applicable period, scope and conditions will be stated on the product page, packaging, warranty card or documentation supplied with the product.

Statutory rights

A commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace or reduce, your statutory consumer rights. Goods supplied to consumers must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law.

What to send us

If you experience a problem, email us with your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, clear photographs or a short video. Do not continue using a product if you believe continued use could be unsafe.

Exclusions from a commercial warranty

Where a commercial warranty applies, it may not cover ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to follow instructions, incorrect charging or maintenance, or damage caused by unsuitable storage or use, subject always to your statutory rights.
