Change-of-mind cancellations for online orders

For most eligible goods bought online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

To exercise this right, email sales@elitetoyslondon.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the goods as you would reasonably do in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods and causes a reduction in value, we may make a lawful deduction from the refund.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have told you otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and, where required, cover reasonable return costs.

Refund timing

For a valid cancellation, we will refund the amount due, including the cost of our standard delivery option where required by law, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where your statutory rights apply, remedies may include a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances and timing.

Please contact us before sending a return. We will confirm the correct return instructions and address for your order.
