Important guidance for safer play and responsible product use.

Always follow the product instructions

Before first use, read all instructions, warnings, age guidance, assembly information and product-specific limits supplied with the item. Keep instructions for future reference.

Adult supervision

Children’s ride-on products and scooters should be used with appropriate adult supervision. Adults should check the play area and the product before use.

Rider limits

Never exceed the maximum rider weight stated on the product or its instructions. For any Piggy Run model specifically marked with a 25 kg maximum load, do not exceed 25 kg.

Suitable surfaces

Use only on surfaces and in environments permitted by the manufacturer. Keep children away from roads, traffic, stairs, steep slopes, water, swimming pools and other hazards unless the product instructions specifically state otherwise.

Protective equipment

Where appropriate for the product and activity, suitable protective equipment should be worn and local safety rules followed.

Battery and charging safety

For battery-powered products, use only the charger, batteries and charging method specified for that product. Charging should be supervised by a responsible adult where the instructions require it. Do not use damaged cables, chargers or batteries.

Pre-use checks

Check wheels, steering, fasteners, seat, foot supports, controls and other moving parts before use. Stop using the product if any part is loose, damaged or functioning abnormally.
