Before dispatch

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@elitetoyslondon.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once processing or dispatch has begun.

After dispatch

If the order has already been dispatched, your cancellation and return rights will be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
